AB Minerals Corp. Meets Deputy Permanent Secretary, Tanzania Ministry of Energy

and Minerals at the African Minerals & Geosciences Centre

September 13, 2107 - AB Minerals Corp. (www.abmineralscorp.com), at the invitation of African Minerals & Geosciences Centre (“AMGC”) (www.seamic.org) Director General, Ibrahim Shaddad, was introduced to Professor James E. Mdoe, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Tanzania and Benjamin J. Mchwampaka, Commissioner for Minerals, Tanzania and additional members from the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Tanzania.


Frank Balestra, CEO of AB Minerals shared his vision for bringing coltan processing to Africa with the Deputy Permanent Secretary and his team. The Deputy Permanent Secretary was very supportive of a processing facility coming to Tanzania.

Frank Balestra stated: “The introduction today to the Government of Tanzania and receiving their early support is an important step in advancing this project. We look forward to a successful and expeditious launch of our first coltan processing plant in Africa, and being located in Dar es Salaam with our Strategic Partner, AMGC."
